Rachael Hagan serves as Senior Program Director for the Coulter Translational Partnership Program at the Wallace H. Coulter Department of Biomedical Engineering at Emory University and Georgia Tech. Prior to this role, she was the Program Director for the Coulter Translational Partnership Program at the University of Washington’s Department of Bioengineering where she evolved the program into a rich resource for taking translational projects to clinical adoption.
Rachael uncovers new technologies that will be market performers, negotiate and close mutually beneficial transactions, and help new companies launch. Her edge is her ability to connect with and bring together people across the country, including scientists, venture capitalists, and business consultants. Rachael makes it a point to know the existing and emerging product development stars in the field.
Rachael’s technical knowledge is in medical product marketing and regulatory affairs. She holds a Master of Science in Medical Regulatory Affairs for the University of Washington, School of Pharmacy.
